Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location: Stroud

Hours: Night shift – 10pm until 6am, 5 days a week

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor:

* Ensure production runs smoothly, is cost-effective, and delivers products on time.

* Manage staff members and assign daily tasks to achieve production targets.

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the production line, ensuring schedules are adhered to.

* Enforce health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

* Provide training and development opportunities for team members to ensure high performance.

* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and problem-solving.

Key Skills of a Production Supervisor:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within FMCG.

* Strong understanding of production processes and health & safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to analyse data and use it to make informed decisions.
