Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (NO Weekends)

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience) + Bonuses

OTE: £35,000 - £45,000

This leading dealership is known for its exceptional customer service and high standards in vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service and repair needs.
Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient and timely service.
Provide customers with detailed explanations of service and repair work, including costs and timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Promote additional services and products that may benefit the customer and the vehicle.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
Ensure that all administrative tasks, including invoicing and documentation, are completed accurately and promptly.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
