Role Overview:

Support students in mainstream or specialist SEND schools across Southport.
Assist with classroom management, support individual learning needs, and foster social development.
Help implement learning activities and ensure students engage in lessons.
Take direction from class teachers and provide emotional and practical support to students.
Flexible role with work available across different SEND schools - ideal for those looking for variety.Key Skills and Qualities:

Experience working with SEND students or children with behavioural challenges.

A flexible and proactive approach to your role.
