What will you be doing?
Driving to planned collection locations and loading refuse into truck.
Helping out loading and unloading vehicles when required
Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook.
Using onboard technology to complete work notes.
Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of loads.
Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up.
What are we looking for?
Class 2 License
An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.
Experience of driving a HGV left hand drive mechanical sweeper with a split shift gearbox
A can-do attitude and good time-management skills.
Being a team player is key to ensuring our collections run smoothly.
