Our client is an independent construction and property consultancy, and with a team of over 1,000 professionals, they offer Cost Management and Project Management across the world. They are currently looking for a talented Associate Quantity Surveyor in Leeds to manage projects across a range of sectors including commercial, office, hotels, health and mixed used.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre- and post-contract cost management activities.
Lead high-value projects from inception to completion.
Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree qualified, preferably within a construction-related discipline.
MRICS with up to 10 years post qualification experience
Previous construction consultancy experience.
Client-focused with a commitment to excellent service.
Understanding of market issues and their impact.
Business development experience
Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff.

On offer for the Associate Director:

Salary £70,000 - £75,000
27 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays
5% pension
