Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HGV Technician to join our team in Lancashire. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year and the stability of Monday to Friday day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HGVs to ensure they meet safety standards.
Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently, using both manual and electronic tools.
Carry out MOT preparation and testing.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including parts used and time taken.
Collaborate with the team to manage workload effectively, ensuring all vehicles are serviced promptly.
Communicate with management regarding any additional work required on vehicles.Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an HGV Technician, with a strong understanding of HGV systems and components.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Full UK driving licence, with HGV licence preferred but not essential.Benefits:
