Office Manager
Location: West Drayton
Hours: Monday – Friday, (Apply online only)
Our client is a logistics specialist, providing first class airside project support, across Heathrow, Gatwick & Stansted.
Based near Heathrow airport, the successful candidate will look after a small team, and be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of their busy headquarters. Some basic HR experience would be desirable.
Any experience working within a construction, logistics, or aviation relevant company would be advantageous but not essential.
Duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting clients/customers.
* Management of 2 head office employees: HR, Pass and Training Manager / Recruitment and Staffing Manager.
* Company compliance, including but not limited to FORS, ISO, Constructionline.
* Organise company events and hotel / travel arrangements.
* Ordering of office supplies and stationery.
* PPE Ordering, stock management and issue.
* Minuting meetings.
* Recruitment for head office and warehouse roles.
* Management of parking and office arrangements.
* Review and issue of staff contracts.
* Create, review, and amend company policies for director approval.
* Onboarding of new staff.
* Personal Development Plan role out and management.
* Probation reviews.
