Process & Systems Administrator

Salary: £19,500 per Annum (dependant on experience)

Location - Remote with occasional travel when required

Contract length: 6 Months

General Duties

Maintain procurement processes and systems as requested
Ensure good quality data is front of mind in all administration processes
Maintain effective global procurement processes and training that are rolled out to every business unit on regional and local level as requested
Ensure a good understanding of procurement processes. This includes a working knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process to enable appropriate and timely support and advice internally.
Effective implementation and operation of support processes and procedures. Identifying areas for improvement / streamlining processes (including systems) on a continuous basis.
Ensure that all compliance records are maintained, recorded and areas of non-compliance raised to appropriate employees and management in a timely manner.

Essential skills and experience required.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, demonstrating strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies to form alignment.
Good prioritisation, co-ordination and organisational skills and a focus on solving problems.
Able to work under pressure and to fixed timescales whilst adopting a collaborative approach.
Have resilience and able to navigate complex challenges & deal with ambiguity..

Desirable skills

Expertise to demonstrate good working knowledge of SharePoint
Ability to demonstrate company values
