What's the role about?
As a Daily Supply Teacher, you'll be stepping into classrooms across Epping/Loughton, covering for teachers who are absent and ensuring pupils continue to thrive in their learning. You will be given the chance to make a positive impact across a range of primary school settings. From Nursery to Year 6, you'll be there to deliver engaging lessons, encourage student participation, and create a welcoming atmosphere in the classroom.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of the students and school.
Encourage students to learn, grow, and achieve in a fun, safe, and respectful environment.
Support students' emotional and academic development with kindness, patience, and a positive attitude.
Maintain a positive classroom culture, even in challenging moments, with effective classroom management.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure students' needs are met and their learning is supported.We're looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Has a can-do attitude and thrives in flexible environments.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and flexibility to adapt to new settings.
Is passionate about engaging students and promoting their personal and academic development.
