We are delighted to be working with this well-established firm, with offices across the Southeast and London. They are recruiting for a Senior Employment Solicitor (6 years + PQE) on a permanent full-time basis. My client offers hybrid working options.

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000

Typical duties include:

* Covering contentious and non-contentious matters

* Managing employment tribunal cases

* Building and developing the Employment team

* Giving advice on settlement agreements and grievance matters

* Building relationships with new and existing clients

* Keeping up to date on legislation

* Providing excellent customer care

Candidate specification:

* 6 years + PQE experience as a Solicitor

* Employment experience within a legal firm

* Excellent written and verbal skills

* Experience supervising junior members of the team

* Strong negotiation skills

* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

* Going above and beyond for clients
