Job Title: Specialist Cleaning Operative

Location: Leisure and Commercial Sites (Various Locations)

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday (Night Shifts), Minimum 40 hours per week (Plus travel time)

UK Driving Licence is required

Are you a motivated, reliable cleaning professional with a knack for specialist cleaning? We are seeking a Specialist Cleaning Operative to join our team, delivering top-quality industrial cleaning services across our leisure and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:

* Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning – Using both truck-mounted and portable cleaning systems to provide thorough and effective cleaning.

* Jet Washing – Carrying out high-pressure cleaning for exterior surfaces.

* Window Cleaning – Ensuring clean, streak-free windows in various environments.

* Industrial Cleaning – Performing other specialist cleaning tasks as needed.

* Equipment Maintenance – Maintaining, storing, and ensuring the proper servicing of all allocated cleaning equipment.

* Vehicle Care – Operating and maintaining company vehicles, ensuring vans are kept clean, tidy, and fully stocked.

Additional Duties:

* Health and Safety – Adhering to all health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices at all times.

* Compliance – Following company and client policies and procedures.

* Documentation – Using our CAFM platform (mobile device) to support job completions, including providing images, completion notes, and updates.

What We Offer:

* Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour, increasing to £13.50 per hour upon successful completion of probation.

* Paid Travel Time – Travel time compensated at the basic rate.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in industrial or specialist cleaning preferred.

* Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

* Familiarity with mobile CAFM systems is an advantage.
