A major nuclear and defence project in the UK is looking for an experienced project manager to help deliver and new and exciting project for the UK nuclear/defence sector.

Job Title - Project Manager
Location - Reading
Contract Length - 18 Months
Pay Rate - £63.57 per hour (INSIDE IR35)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a new project and work with the team from the ground up.

Essential Skills:

Direct project management of a large scale project for over 5 years
A background in large scale construction projects
Experience in working with Contracts and contract management
Experience in full project lifecycle and a demonstrable background in working on projects with multi-discipline skills
Stakeholder management and the ability to report and record project progress to the necessary clients
A good background in working within heavily regulated (nuclear/defence) large scale construction projects to tight deadlines and ensuring that safety is at the forefront of the project.
Required Skills:

Formal project management skills/qualifications such as APM/Prince 2
5 + years of project management experience
A background in a nuclear/defence project
NEC 4 experience
Active UK Security clearance
