Hello,

I am currently assisting a client within the Southwest that is currently hiring for a Damp and Mould and Disrepair surveyor position with a focus on delivering proactive and details diagnosis as well as legal disrepair cases, including presenting in Court.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations to assess health and safety issues brought forward in a wide portfolio of properties and have a strong background in legal disrepairs.

Responsibilities

Ensure all properties are safe, clean and habitable by diagnosing all DMC issues and focus on prevention.
Regularly carry out disrepair cases and on occasion present the cases in Court when needed.
Requirements

HNC minimum qualification is ideal.
Recent experience in Disrepairs.
Package

3+-month contract with potential extension.
Negotiable rate DOE.
Hybrid work 3 days on site, 2 days from home.
