We are a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation agency and are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support our operations team. This role involves assisting with client email marketing campaign setups, alongside other administrative tasks essential to ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks related to client campaigns.
Assisting in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
Managing data processes and ensuring smooth workflow operations.
Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.

About You:

At least two years of administrative experience.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT systems.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

What’s In It for You

£25,000 salary per annum.
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Friday finish at 2:30pm.
