SEN Support Assistant – Enfield

Salary: £85 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.

Assist in delivering structured and engaging learning activities.

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Help implement individual learning plans tailored to student needs.

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to support learning.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an SEN school or support setting is desirable.

A patient and adaptable approach to supporting learning.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
