Location: Hampshire
Duration: 6 months minimum
Day Rate: £525 per day

IR35: Inside
Security: BPSS & SC (candidates can start under BPSS)

Working Pattern: 2 to 3 days a week on-site

Role Overview:

A highly regarded Defence Consultancy are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the planning and control of their products. You will collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to manage materials, ensure timely production, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment: Ensure all customer product orders are delivered on time and in full.
Planning: Manage workload, materials, and tooling for all build demands.
Supplier Coordination: Raise external requirements and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Operations Communication: Ensure production plans are understood and communicated across the business.
Materials Management: Work with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.Essential Skills & Experience:

Degree qualified (preferred) with strong computer literacy.
Experienced with MRP tools (SAP, IFS advantageous).
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
Experience managing small/medium manufacturing teams.Personal Attributes:
