Our client is looking for a Team Leader to supervise Gardeners within the North London sites.

Main responsibilities:

* Working as part of a team to deliver good horticulture to high end residential developments

* To drive the team across London and the surrounding areas to client sites as required

* Ensure the Health & Safety of the site and all its operations

* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

* Ensure the residential and commercial landscapes are maintained

Requirements:

* Full clean drivers license essential

* Minimum of 2 years experience in the landscaping or horticultural industry

* Must have a passion for horticulture and an ambition to grow and develop

* Good knowledge of best horticultural practices for landscaping operations

* Good communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Good organisational skills
