Teaching Assistant

£83 - £90 per day

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 – 3:30)

Year group: EYFS

Value Education are working with a Primary School in the Wigan area that are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within EYFS.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs.

Teaching Assistant duties:

* Assisting the Class Teacher in preparing work for the lesson ahead

* Ensuring the classroom is a tidy and safe environment for the children

* Assisting with group activities

* Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis

Teaching Assistant requirements:

* Previous experience in a school environment

* Confident in communicating with parents

* Be able to handle difficult situations efficiently

* Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
