Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor Needed ASAP

Location: Near Norwich

Project: Multi-Million Pound Highways Scheme

Duration: Approx. 8 months+

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in Earthworks and preferably Highways to join our team on a prestigious project near Norwich. This is an immediate start position with a project duration of approximately 8 months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience in Earthworks and Highways projects

* Qualifications: SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* Health & Safety: Safety Critical medical clearance

Role Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining efficient and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising and managing earthworks and highway construction activities

* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

* Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues promptly

* Maintaining accurate records and reports
