Key Responsibilities:

* Installation and Calibration: Install and calibrate new equipment on-site, meeting industry standards and client requirements.

* Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair laboratory instruments efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.

* Customer Support: Deliver expert guidance, training, and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.

* Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a field-based engineer servicing, repairing, and maintaining laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, centrifuges, balances, analyzers).

* Strong technical expertise in electronics, mechanics, and software integration for laboratory instruments.

* Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations in healthcare, life sciences, or research sectors.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

* Relevant engineering or technical qualifications (e.g., HND, BSc, or equivalent).

* A full, clean driving license is essential for this field-based role.
