Fabric Engineer

Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience)

TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source an experienced Fabric Engineer with A  good understanding of general building services to join a new team on a brand new, state of the art student accommodation in Peckham.

This opportunity is working with a global facilities management business and will provide successful candidates with further development opportunities, training and progression onto further sites.

The Role:

Undertake a full range of general maintenance tasks - minor Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Tiling.
Inspecting and repairing building elements
Supporting engineering staff and handling ad-hoc tasks
The Person:

Able to work in a team environment

Proactive approach
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
Work as part of a team to resolve technical challenges efficiently

You should have a strong background in multi-trade roles with hands-on experience
Previous experience in a similar multiroom environment is essential
