We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician based in the Newcastle area covering the maintenance of a prestigious facility.
The role is a temporary position for circa 1 week. Pay £21 PAYE - £25 Umbrella. Days (8am-5pm)

Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
 
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
