They are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Agent to join the team in Sudbury. The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating installations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and technicians.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job details.
Provide aftercare support and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Process orders and provide customers with updates on their installations.
Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
A positive and proactive attitude.
