Diamond Facilities are looking for a contract support assistant to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis, office based in Birmingham Business Park.
The role:
* Ensure efficient resourcing of work orders
* First time fix culture, full mobile and operational control, maximising productivity
* Ensure all Sub-Contractors adhere to our standards, policies, and procedures
* Report any problems/issues to the Line Manager
* Understand and respect the engineers and their role
* Achieve the highest standards of customer service and service delivery
* Understand and meet the objectives of the client
* Support and help control and maintain agreed direct labour to sub- contractor ratios
* Have mutual trust and respect of the business and people priorities
* Continually improve and monitor engineer performance
* Empower engineers to take ownership of works issued
* Tackle difficult issues early
* Ensure full compliance with business standards
* Always work as a team player
* Develop excellent relationships with client representatives and consultants
* Meet deadlines without the need for prompting
Performance Measures
* Performance against KPIs
* Ensure all jobs are updated on the system daily
* First time fix objective on all jobs
* Productivity of engineers
* Achieve client response times
* Achieve agreed Direct Labour/Sub-Contractor split
* Control of work in progress and new calls
* Help achieve all targets set for the Reactive Department
* Ensure client queries are responded to within the hour
